Simply start walking 30 minutes a day!
As simple as this sounds you still have to walk! When it becomes a habit then it will become easier and a natural way of life. Especially when it’s beautiful outside. It is proven that ppl who walk outside have less stress, walking outside or inside it is awesome for your well being
The secret is in nature itself. I believe this is why essential oils are so powerful for us because they have absorbed the essence of life. Think about that?
Every great day starts with water. This will jump start your digestion and starts detoxing your liver. The liver is the cleaning organ of your body. I prefer to add lemon essential oil to my morning glass of H2O. Instead of coffee which dehydrates your body instead. I use to start my day with that cup of joe, but, now I know. Please keep in mind if you want to stop drinking coffee you must gradually decrease its usage to avoid the side effects. Ask me for ideas on how to do this.
Science is proving that Protein is essential to fuel your body for the day instead of coffee or grains. You could do pasture raised organic eggs, good bacon or a protein shake. I have a power smoothie I make with cottage cheese its high in protein, also chia seeds, I add a good probiotic, yogurt , for good gut health, some fruit for flavor, a natural sweetener and fiber, then an organic egg yolk for nutrition, cinnamon for an antioxidant, fractionated coconut oil for brain health, coconut milk, and cocoa nibs another antioxidant. This is my morning fuel. I will add an essential oil also.
Avoid carbs and sugars for 10 days. I would start with a Protein shake for breakfast, lunch that contains a protein and a veggie and the same for dinner, a protein and veggies. No snaking, no carbs, no sugars, Wow! Watch what happens to your body after 10 days following this routine. I’d love to hear about your results. My brain fog lifted and I felt I had a better focus.
The good news is that on the 10th day you can have some carbs and sugar with your supper. This will be your Reward Day! Because it will be more achievable if you have a day to treat yourself. You don’t have to give it up for ever. Then after that every fourth day treat yourself at supper. Try to stick to this for a least 4 weeks. Wow! Look at the results!
If you fall, no worries just start over on the 4 day cycle. This is easy and really doable! Continue this for more weight loss, more energy and more clarity. Clarity is an essential oil from Young Living that helps support your cognitive skills. Love the smell as well!!
Eat only 3 meals a day that consist of the shake, a lunch consisting of a protein and the same at dinner. That’s no snacking! You can do it! You’ll worth it, aren’t you?

After lots of research I have found that weight loss and balancing your hormones are keys to building a successful Wellness Program.
If I would you I would go to bed by 10:00 pm so your body can start healing and repairing itself. Instead, plan your activities for the next day to accomplish your goals! Applying some essential oils on your feet before bed with help support this natural process. Cedar wood and Lavender are my favorites!
This is a simple approach, where you can gradually increase walking to 45 minutes a day with interval walking days three times a week. Add weight lifting to help strengthen your bones and build more muscle that burns more calories. Research other things also. I highly recommend eating high quality food for the best results. Organic grass feed beef, organic free range eggs, organic veggies and fruits, and I would stop drinking coffee if stress is an issue in your life, and soda pop, way too much sugar and other issues.
